I still love Courtney anyway.
Besides, I was right to give her second chances; if she doesn't hate Gwen anymore, that's good enough for me.
I know she did make a bad choice by making that list, but now that I think about it, I feel that confessional of Courtney with the list was an older one, and they used for that episode to make her look bad, just like how Chris used Shawn's confessionals and Sky's audition tape to make them look bad, so when Courtney and Gwen became friends she thought she got rid of the list, until Mal found it.
Just a theory.
