**Round 2, Part 2**
It was inside the Pokémon Center; Mike and Sam had just their Pokémon back from Nurse Joy. The match between Zoey and Jo was about to begin, but Zoey was a bit nervous about having to go up against Jo.
Mike: “Hey Zoey we better get to the area, your match between Jo is about to begin?”
Zoey: “Huh? Oh yeah, great.”
Mike: “Is something wrong?”
Zoey: “I don’t know Mike? I’m a little nervous; I’ve never battle Jo before. Beside have you seen her Pokémon?”
Mike: “Seriously? Zoey you made it way farther than she did in seasons 4 and 5 remember? Besides you know what Cam always says? Brains always win over brawns.”
Zoey: “Huh? You what that’s a good point Mike, alright let’s do this!”
So everyone headed for the stadium for what was soon to be an epic match.
Chris McLean: (Coming in a minute late) “That’s the last time I order the egg-Fu yum. Anyway… (Puts on his headset) Welcome back! I hope you’re all ready for action and excitement! Because we’ve got an epic match today, between Little Miss-Sweetheart Zoey and the Take No Prisoners Jock-ette Jo!
(The audience cheers with glee)
Jo was facing right, while Zoey was facing left and they were both ready to give it their all.
Mike: “Go Zoey!”
Cameron: “Yeah you got this!”
Dawn: “Indeed, she’s clearly the one to win.”
Scott: “Please, Jo’s obviously going to wipe the floor with her. Just like how I’m going to wipe the floor with YOU after this match.”
Dawn: “We’ll just see about that!” (Turns her back on Scott in a huff)
Chris McLean: “Ladies, throw out your Pokémon!”
Jo: “Golem come on out!”
(Golem appears)
Zoey: “Hmm, that’s it! (Takes out a Pokeball) Alright Raichu take the stage!”
(Raichu appears)
Anne Maria: “Seriously? Doesn’t that girl know Electric Type are at a disadvantage against Rock Types?”
Brick: “I hate to say it, but she’s right.”
Scott: “Like I said, she’s going down.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Jo: “Now Golem use Rollout!”
Golem rolled itself into a ball and then rolled towards Raichu.
Zoey: “Raichu counter it with Iron Tail!”
(Raichu’s tail hardens as it swings it at Golem, stopping it in its tracks)
Mike: “Whoa! Good move Zoey!”
Cameron: “So that’s why she chose Raichu.”
Dawn: “A very impressive use of strategy I must say.”
Jo: “Impressive, but I’ve got a few more tricks up my sleeve. Now Golem use Heavy Slam!”
Golem then threw its body into the air, just then Zoey ordered Raichu to use Brick Break as it leaped into the air and punched Golem super hard causing it to fall to the ground and apparently that was it?
Chef Hatchet: “Golem is unable to battle, Raichu wins!”
Jo: “What?”
Scott: “What?”
Chris McLean: “What? I mean, wow I did not see that coming did you?”
Lightning: “Wow, that girl’s got skills!”
Sam: “She’s really trained that Raichu well.”
Zoey: “Way to go Raichu! Let’s keep it up!”
(Jo recalls Golem to its Pokeball)
Jo: “I might have underestimated Little Miss Perfect over there, but this ain’t over till I say it is. Now Fraxure come on out!”
(Fraxure appears)
Brick: “So Jo’s using a Dragon Type eh?”
Sam: “I wonder how this will turn out?”
Mike: “Guess we’ll just have to wait and see?”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Zoey: “Raichu use Thunder Punch!”
(Raichu throws an electric punch)
Jo: “Counter it with Dragon Claw!”
Fraxure used its powerful claw move to counter Thunder Punch without getting shocked from it.
Jo: It worked! Now use Dragon Rage!”
Fraxure fired its special attack right at Raichu which caused some pretty heavy damage to it.
Zoey: “Oh no!”
Cameron: “That’s not good. Zoey better find a way to turn this around if she wants to win?”
Jo: “Now use Hidden Power!”
(Fraxure fires Hidden Power)
Zoey: “Raichu, use Quick Attack!
(Raichu quickly gets out of the way)
Zoey: “Now use Thunder Shock!”
(Raichu gives of an electric shock to Fraxure)
Chris McLean: “Oh that’s shocking!”
But when the attack was over Fraxure was still standing, much to everyone dismay.
Jo: “Ha! Seriously? Everyone knows Electric Types moves have no effect on Dragon Types. Now Fraxure use Dragon Rage again!”
(Fraxure fires Dragon Rage once more and knocks Raichu to the ground, knocking it out.)
Chef Hatchet: “Raichu is unable to battle, Fraxure wins!”
Jo: “Oh yeah! Woo! That’s what I’m talking about!”
Chris McLean: “Oh tough break for Zoey there! But you have to admit that WAS pretty epic?”
Sam: “Well that stinks.”
Dawn: “Sadly I foresaw this.”
Mike: “Don’t worry guys, Zoey still has 3 Pokémon left, I’m sure she can turn this around?”
Cameron: “I hope you’re right Mike?”
Zoey: (Recalls Raichu) “You did a good job Raichu, take well deserved rest. (Takes out another Pokeball) Okay, now Togekiss let’s do this!”
(Togekiss appears)
Dakota: “Wow! I totally forgot how cute Zoey’s Togekiss is!”
Anne Maria: “It is pretty I’ll give it that.”
Scott: “Please, cute is so overrated.”
Cameron: “On the contrary, Togekiss is a Fairy Type and Fairy Types have an advantage over Dragon Types.”
Scott: “Big deal, at least Jo has a better chance than poof head over here.”
(Scott points to Anne Maria so she backwards kicks Scott)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Jo: “Fraxure use Dragon Claw!”
(Fraxure lunges its attack)
Zoey: “Now Togekiss fly in the air and use Hyper Beam!”
(Togekiss does as Zoey says and Fraxure takes a heavy hit)
Chris McLean: “Oh, Fraxure’s going to be feeling that tomorrow!”
Zoey: “Sweet! Now Togekiss use Dazzling Gleam!”
(Togekiss creates a ball of sparkling energy and fired it at Fraxure)
Jo: “What the?”
Staci: “Wow, what movie was that?”
Dawn: “That was Dazzling Gleam.”
Cameron: “It’s a special type move that Fairy Type Pokémon possess.”
Dawn: “I see you’re already acquainted with that move.”
(Cameron Blushes)
Jo: “Come on Fraxure get up!”
(Fraxure struggles to get up)
Zoey: “Now Togekiss use Extreme Speed!”
Togekiss then flew high into the air then went flying down super fast that when it collided with Fraxure it resulted in a great big BOOM!
Chef Hatchet: “Fraxure is unable to battle, Togekiss wins!”
Zoey: “Alright! That’s what I’m talking about!”
Mike: “That’ my girl! Go Zoey!”
Cameron: “And Jo only has one Pokémon left.”
Jo: (Recalls Fraxure to its Pokeball) “There is no way, I’m losing to that little Red-Head. Now Machamp come on out!”
(Machamp appears)
Anne Maria: “Seriously? Is she even trying to win?”
Cameron: “I guess some people prefer Brawn over Brain?” (Looks over at Lightning)
Lightning: “What?”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Zoey: “Togekiss use Sky Attack!”
(Togekiss flies into the air and begins to dive bomb)
Jo: “Use Scary Face.”
(Machamp puts on a scary look that stops Togekiss from diving)
Brick: “Whoa, I did not see that coming!”
Jo: “Now use Focus Punch!”
(Machamp punches Togekiss in the face really hard)
Chris McLean: “Oh that was a cheap shot by Jo there, but hey I like cheap shots.”
Mike: “Come on Zoey you can do it!”
Cameron: “Surly she can turn this around?”
Dawn: “Well of course she can, it’s only a matter of time after all.”
Zoey: (Thinking to herself) “I’m not giving up, I’ve never given up on anything and I’m not about to start now.” (Out loud) Now Togekiss use Extreme Speed and Hidden Power!”
Togekiss then flew high into the air and came flying down ready to fire Hidden Power much to everyone’s dismay.
Jo: “In Hines sight, maybe I should have thought this through instead of trying to wing it?”
Just then both Pokémon collided in an enormous explosion leaving both Pokémon unconscious.
Chef Hatchet: “Both sides Pokémon are unable to battle, but since Jo’s already lost all 3 Pokémon victory goes to Zoey!”
Zoey: “I won? I won woo-hoo!”
Chris McLean: “What a match folks! Zoey has defeat Jo and now moves on to Round 3!”
Mike: “Alright Zoey!”
Anne Maria: “You know, Pasty over there ain’t half bad. I like her better than the other one.”
Cameron: “Well you’re not wrong.”
Jo: “Grrrr! (Recalls Machamp) Well this sucks!”
Chris McLean: “Well everyone we only have one more match left to determine who’ll be moving on to the semi finals. Who will it be Scott or Dawn? Find out when we come back after this short break!”
Scott: “Looks like its you and me Veggie Girl.”
Dawn: “Don’t underestimate me Scott, just because I’m a vegan doesn’t mean I’m not a force to be seconded with.”
Cameron: “Yeah Scott, Dawn’s actually pretty cool!”
Scott: “Please, I knew you like Dawn but I never thought you were “In Love” with here.”
Cameron: “What? No I’m not… I mean… We’re just…”
(Dawn looks in confusion and nervousness)
Mike: “Hey lay off Scott, why do you always got to get up in everyone’s business anyway?”
Scott: “Well its definitely none of YOUR business!”
Dawn: “Please, this is clearly something we need to settle on the battlefield.”
Scott: “Okay, after I defeat YOU I’ll look forward to defeating YOU.” (Points to Mike)
Now things were seriously heated up.
