**Round 3, Part 3**
Later that evening both Gwen and Heather were out in the woods doing some pretty intense training. Heather had her Zebstrika and Cloyster going at each other hard as Zebstrika was using Volt Tackle and Cloyster Protect. When Alejandro came along…
Alejandro: “Impressive moves I must say.”
Heather: “Thank you. Tomorrow is the day that I’ve been looking forward for years; tomorrow I finally put Gwen in her place. I’ll finally get payback for all those times she messed with me.”
Alejandro: “Well what better way than on the battlefield?”
Heather: “Exactly, she is SO going down.”
Meanwhile Gwen was also doing some training; while her Mismagius and Lunatone were going at it Trent suddenly appeared much to Gwen’s surprise.
Trent: “Impressive moves.”
Gwen: “Oh hey Trent.”
Trent: “You have a big day tomorrow.”
Gwen: “Oh tell me about it. But don’t worry, tomorrow I finally put “Princess Power House” in her place.”
Trent: “I know you can.”
Gwen: “Thanks.” (Kisses Trent’s cheek)
Trent: “Okay so yeah, I’ll just be going… That way. (Leaving) Yes!”
The next morning the match everyone had been waiting for had arrived and practically everyone was rooting for Gwen to win. She was facing left and Heather was facing right and they both were full of determination.
Chris McLean: “Hello everyone! I hope you’re ready for a match to remember, because today it’s Gwen vs. Heather! Two old rivals face to face in a full on full Pokémon battle with only one question… Who will win?”
Heather: “You have no idea have long I’ve been waiting for this day.”
Gwen: “Oh I think I know.”
Heather: “Whatever, because after I defeat you you’ll never be able to live it down.”
Gwen: “We’ll see about that. Alright let’s do this, Liepard come on out!”
(Liepard appears)
Heather: “Let’s do this, Cloyster let’s go!”
(Cloyster appears)
Trent: “You got this Gwen! I believe in you!”
(Gwen blushes)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Okay Cloyster use Water Gun!”
(Cloyster fires a blast of water towards Liepard)
Gwen: “Liepard dodge!”
(Liepard dodges)
Gwen: “Now use Shadow Ball!”
Liepard then fired a ball of dark energy at Cloyster, but Heather quickly shouted…
Heather: “Protect!”
And once Liepard’s Shadow Ball hit everyone could see Cloyster’s shell was shut tight.
Gwen: “What?!”
Heather: “Oh yeah, like that was going to happen.”
Noah: “Yep, saw that coming.”
Heather: “Now Cloyster use Hyper Beam!”
Cloyster then fired at Liepard, but Gwen had it dodge over and over until Heather had an idea.
Heather: “Use Ice Beam on the battlefield!”
So Cloyster fired a beam of ice onto the battlefield, which caused Liepard to slip and fall.
Gwen: “Hey!”
LeShawna: “Well that was a dirty trick.”
Duncan: “Hey, I kind of liked it.”
Courtney: “You would.”
Heather: “Now use Hyper Beam again!”
Cloyster then fired another Hyper Beam at Liepard ending the battle.
Chef Hatchet: “Liepard is unable to battle, Cloyster wins!”
Chris McLean: “Whoa, I admit I did not see that coming. But I should have!”
Harold: “You have to admit that was pretty strategic?”
(LeShawna glares at him)
Harold: “Oh, sorry.”
(Gwen recalls Liepard to its Pokeball)
Heather: “Is that the best you can do Gwen?”
Gwen: “Seriously? I’m just getting warmed up, Gothitelle let’s go!”
(Gothitelle appears)
Owen: “Oh this is going to be good!” (Eats some popcorn)
Cody: “I bet 20 on Gothitelle.”
Justin: “I’ll take a piece of that action.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Alright Cloyster use Blizzard!”
(Cloyster fires a blizzard towards Gothitelle)
Gwen: “Gothitelle use Confusion!”
Gothitelle used Confusion to divert Blizzard right back at Cloyster and it also hit Heather a bit too.
Izzy: “Oh now that was cold!”
Owen: “Ha-ha, good one Izzy.”
Gwen: “Now let’s give them our special move, use Magic Room!”
Suddenly Gothitelle created a green reflective room around it and Cloyster much to everyone’s amazement.
Heather: “What the?”
Lindsay: “Whoa! What move is that?”
Chris McLean: “Holy Crapoly! Ladies and gentleman I did not see that coming, but it seems that Gothitelle has mastered the art of Magic Room!”
Cody: “I’ve heard of that move, I hear it’s also super powerful?”
Sierra: “Oh I know right? And what it can do is SO cool.”
Heather: “Like I’m going to let this stop me, now Cloyster use Hydro Pump!”
So Cloyster fired a burst of water towards Gothitelle, but Gothitelle was able to block it because thanks to Magic Room Cloyster’s attacks weren’t too effective. So Gothitelle fired it right back at Cloyster, which caused some heavy damage to it.
Heather: “What? How is that possible?”
Beth: “Oh so that’s what it does?”
Harold: “Well yeah, isn’t it obvious?”
Gwen: “Now Gothitelle use Psybeam!”
Pretty soon Gothitelle had Cloyster in a trance then followed up with Hyper Beam that caused Cloyster to hit the wall of Magic Room and that was it.
Chef Hatchet: “Cloyster is unable to battle, Gothitelle wins!”
(Everyone cheers)
Trent: “Yeah, you go Gwen!”
LeShawna: “Now that’s my girl! She ain’t taking that lying down.”
Alejandro: “Don’t forget, Heather still has 5 Pokémon left and this battle is far from over.”
(Gothitelle disables Magic Room and Heather recalls Cloyster to its Pokeball)
Heather: “Impressive technique, but I’ve still got a few tricks up my sleeve. Now Zebstrika, let’s go!”
(Zebstrika appears)
Gwen: “So Heather want’s to play rough eh? Gothitelle return.”
(Gwen recalls Gothitelle)
Lindsay: “Huh, why’s she doing that?”
Gwen: “Okay, Venusaur come on out!”
(Venusaur appears)
Chris McLean: “Oh boy, folks this looks its going to be another interesting match?”
Owen: “It’s a good thing I’ve got plenty of snacks.”
Izzy: “Oh-oh may?”
Owen: “Anything for you.”
(Izzy eats some popcorn)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Now Zebstrika use Charge!”
Zebstrika then charged its electrified body towards Venusaur, when Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Counter it with Take Down!”
Venusaur then charged back at Zebstrika and when the 2 Pokémon were head in head, even though Zebstrika was giving off a powerful electrical “effect on Grass Types.
Chris McLean: “Oh boy looks like things are literally head in head. There’s no guarantee who will win this battle!”
Gwen: “Now Venusaur use Solar Beam!”
So with the sun beating down Venusaur harnessed the power of Solar Beam and fired at Zebstrika full blast. And that much energy plus Charge still being in effect was too much for Zebstrika to handle and it couldn’t go on.
Chef Hatchet: “Zebstrika is unable to battle, Venusaur wins!”
Noah: “Whoa that was quick, but then again I’m not too surprised.”
Heather: “NO! Grrr… Zebstrika return.”
(Heather recalls Zebstrika)
Heather: “As impressive she is, I will NOT lose to her. Now Glameow let’s do this!”
(Glameow appears)
Alejandro: “Ah, now that’s what I like to see.”
Trent: “So Heather’s using Glameow? I guess Gwen still has the advantage?”
Courtney: “Maybe, but with Heather I’m not too sure? Then again Gwen’s strategy has been pretty effective so far.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Venusaur use Vine Whip!”
Venusaur shot out 2 long vines and lunged them at Glameow, but Heather quickly had it dodge. Then Glameow followed up with Shadow Claw as it lunged its Dark claw towards Venusaur.
Gwen: “Now Venusaur use Poison Powder!”
Venusaur then shot out a gust of purple powder at Glameow, which caused Glameow to become poisoned.
Heather: “What the?”
Gwen: “Way to go Venusaur, now use Leach Seed!”
Venusaur then fired a green seed that when it hit Glameow it began to drain its energy. Heather then quickly recalled Glameow to its Pokeball.
Chris McLean: “Smart move by Heather, but what Pokémon will she use now?”
Heather: “Since Venusaur’s a Grass and Poison Type I know just the Pokémon for this match. Ledian let’s go!”
(Ledian Appears)
Owen: “That’s Heather’s choice, He-he this should be easy?”
Noah: “I hate to burst your bubble Owen, but Bug and Flying Types like Ledian actually have an advantage against Grass and Poison Types like Venusaur.”
Owen: “Oh…”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Venusaur use Razor Leaf!”
(Venusaur fires razor sharp leaves at Ledian)
Heather: “Now Ledian use light screen!”
(Ledian creates a protective screen that shielded itself from Razor leaf)
Geoff: “Oh that’s not good.”
Alejandro: “Maybe not for you, but for me it is.”
Heather: “Alright now use Silver Wind!”
Ledian then fired silver-like boomerangs at Venusaur that hit it right in the face.
Bridgette: “Oh no!”
Chris McLean: “Oh that doesn’t look good for Venusaur!”
Gwen: (Thinking) “I can’t give up… Wait!” (Out loud) “Now Venusaur use Petal Blizzard!”
Just then Venusaur created a blizzard of pink petals that caught Ledian in its grasp.
Chris McLean: “Whoa, now that tables are turned folks. Once again Venusaur has the advantage!”
LeShawna: “Now that’s what I’m talking about!”
Heather: “Oh no you don’t! Now Ledian use Bug Buzz!”
So while Ledian was trapped inside Petal Blizzard it created a powerful buzzing that irritated Venusaur, which allowed Ledian to attack once more with Bide. Once it attacked there was an explosion, which resulted in Venusaur getting knocked out.
Chef Hatchet: “Venusaur is unable to battle, Ledian wins!”
Heather: “Oh yeah! Now that’s what I like to see!”
Alejandro: “Me too.”
Ezekiel: “Yo rip off dude, not cool.”
DJ: “Take it easy man, remember Gwen still has 4 other Pokémon.”
Lindsay: “That’s right, its not over till its over!”
(Gwen recalls Venusaur to its Pokeball)
Gwen: “Great job, you take a rest.”
Gwen then saw Trent waving at her as she waved back and then saw Courtney giving her a thumbs up, but she shyly turned away leaving Courtney feeling a bit discouraged.
Heather: “Come on Gwen is that really the best you can do?”
Gwen: “I wouldn’t get too cocky if I were you. Now Mismagius come on out!”
(Mismagius appears)
Izzy: “Oh this is gonna be good.” (Eats some more popcorn)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Alright Ledian use Supersonic!”
Ledian then made a high pitch sonic screech, but Mismagius held in there. Then Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Use Astonish!”
Mismagius then made a frightful ghost face, which caused Ledian and Heather both to paralyze with fear.
Owen: “Okay, that was a little too much.”
(DJ passes out)
Noah: “And there goes DJ.”
Gwen: “Okay, now use Shadow Ball!”
(Mismagius fires Shadow Ball at Ledian (still paralyzed with fear) but it woke it right up.)
Heather: “Sneaky move, but 2 can play THIS game. Now Ledian use Take Down!”
As Ledian charged at Mismagius, Gwen quickly shouted…
Gwen: “Use Will-O-Wisp!”
Mismagius then generated a ghostly fire then fired it at Ledian, thus ending the battle.
Chef Hatchet: “Ledian is unable to battle, Mismagius wins!”
DJ: (Comes to) “Huh, what? What’d I miss?”
Owen: “Woo-hoo! Way to go Gwen!”
Noah: “Does that answer your question?”
Beth: “And the best part heather doesn’t stand a chance. Since both her remaining Pokémon have a disadvantage against Ghost Types.”
Courtney: “Maybe, but I wouldn’t underestimate Heather.”
(Heather recalls Ledian to its Pokeball)
Heather: “If weird Goth-Girl thinks I’m going to back down now? She’s got another thing coming, now Wigglytuff I choose you!”
(Wigglytuff appears)
Duncan: “That’s the best she can come with?”
Courtney: “Like I said, I wouldn’t under estimate Heather.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Alright Mismagius use Astonish once again!”
So Mismagius made another intimidating ghost face, but this time Heather was ready.
Heather: “Counter it!”
So Wigglytuff made an intimidating face too, not as intimidating as Mismagius but it sure made the audience uncomfortable.
Noah: “Yeesh, now that’s definitely going to haunt me in my nightmares.”
Gwen: “Now use Take Down!”
So Mismagius charged at Wigglytuff, but it quickly dodged then Heather shouted…
Heather: “Use Metronome!”
So 2 of Wigglytuff’s figures began to glow as it began to wave its arms back and forth until it fired Payback that had a pretty strong effect on Mismagius once it was hit.
Gwen: “What the?”
Trent: “Uh-oh, I forgot about that.”
Courtney: “Grrr… Come on Gwen you can do this! And I know you can!”
When Gwen heard that she was a bit shocked, even though she was still a bit upset with her for pretending to be her friend. She could see she really cared, so she got her game face back on and was ready to win.
Gwen: “Alright, now Mismagius use Ominous Wind!”
So Mismagius created a meek creepy wind that proved effective on Wigglytuff.
Chris McLean: “Uh-oh folks looks like Wigglytuff might be in trouble, since Ghost Type moves are super effective against Normal Types!”
Heather: “That’s what they think. Now Wigglytuff use Sweet Kiss!”
So Wigglytuff blew a heart-shaped kiss at Mismagius, which caused it to stop using Ominous Wind.
Gwen: “Oh crap!”
Heather: “Oh yes!”
LeShawna: “Oh I hate when Heather does that!”
Beth: “So what happens to Mismagius?”
Noah: “Is that a trick question?”
Pretty soon Mismagius began to float around unable to focus like it was drunk. Which gave Heather the opportunity to strike…
Heather: “Alright now use Hidden Power!”
Gwen: “What?!”
So Wigglytuff fired Hidden Power at Mismagius still under effect by Sweet Kiss, thus knocking it out and ending the battle.
Chef Hatchet: “Mismagius is unable to battle, Wigglytuff wins!”
Courtney: “What? Oh so that’s what Heather was planning.”
Trent: “Of course, Fairy Type moves are super effective against Ghost Types.”
Cody: “Look on the bright side, Gwen still has 3 more Pokémon.”
Sierra: “And Heather only has 2.”
LeShawna: “Hey yeah, home girl still has a chance.”
(Gwen recalls Mismagius to its Pokeball)
Gwen: (Takes out another Pokeball) “Okay, you ready for another round? Gothitelle come on out!”
(Gothitelle reappears)
Courtney: “Okay, now I think I can relax.”
Heather: “Oh great, now I have to deal with this one again. No matter I think I can even the odds.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Alright Gothitelle use Dark Pulse!”
(Gothitelle shoots out a dark stream of energy)
Heather: “Use Defense Curl!”
So Wigglytuff rolled itself into a tight ball as Dark Pulse hit it, but Gwen wasn’t about to give up yet.
Gwen: “Now Wigglytuff use Magic Room!”
Heather: “Uh-oh.”
Pretty soon there was another protective room surrounding Gothitelle and Wigglytuff.
Chris McLean: “What a surprise folks, but hey what do you suspect from someone like Gwen?”
Gwen: “Okay Gothitelle use Psybeam!”
The next thing anyone knew was that Gothitelle had Wigglytuff under some kind of trance, enabling it to focus.
Heather: “Come on Wigglytuff focus!”
(Wigglytuff snaps out of it)
Heather: “Alright, now how to do deal with… Wait that’s it! Now Wigglytuff use Hyper Voice!”
So Wigglytuff let a high piercing voice that really irritated Gothitelle and also caused Magic Room to dissolve.
Lindsay: “Whoa, Magic Room is gone!”
Tyler: “You have to admit that was pretty cool.”
Harold: “Totally.”
Beth: “But what’s Gwen going to do now?”
Gwen began to not know what to do?
Heather: “Is that all you got Gwen? Oh well, Wigglytuff use Double-Edge!”
As Wigglytuff charged at Gothitelle, Gwen didn’t know what to do and as Wigglytuff got closer Gwen quickly shouted…
Gwen: “Use Hyper Beam!”
(Gothitelle fires a super powerful beam at Wigglytuff)
Heather: “Gasp!”
Wigglytuff was then left unconscious, with Gothitelle standing victorious.
Chef Hatchet: “Wigglytuff is unable to battle, Gothitelle wins!”
(Everyone cheers)
Trent: “Yeah, that’s my girl… I mean go Gwen!”
Heather: “OH COME ON! Ugh, whatever.” (Heather recalls Wigglytuff to its Pokeball)
Chris McLean: “Well folks, with Heather only having one Pokémon left CAN she turn it around?”
Alejandro: “Scoffs, he seems to forget who Heather’s final Pokémon is.”
Ezekiel: “Uh… What’s Heather’s last Pokémon again?”
Heather: “Okay, no more Mrs. Nice Girl this is my last chance to turn this around. Kirlia I choose YOU!”
(Kirlia appears)
Chris McLean: “Well, well, well looks like now it’s down to a battle between 2 Psychic Types. Will Gwen win this and move on to the final 3 or will Heather turn the tables on her with only 2 of Gwen’s Pokémon left to beat? Only time will tell.”
Noah: “Twenty on Gwen?”
Owen: “I’ll take a piece of that action.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Gothitelle, use Dark Pulse!”
Gothitelle then fired a steam of dark energy towards Kirlia, but Heather quickly orders it to use Teleport and it gets away from the attack.
Gwen: “What, where’d it go?”
Heather: “Now use Hidden Power!”
Kirlia then re-appeared behind Gothitelle and shot it right in the back.
Chris McLean: “Oh that was a sneaky attack. But hey I’m good with that.”
Beth: “Oh no, poor Gothitelle.”
But Gothitelle got back up, as Kirlia appeared right in front of it.
Heather: “Looks like your Gothitelle doesn’t have enough strength to continue?”
Gwen: “Don’t underestimate me Heather!”
Heather: “Whatever, Kirlia use Double Team!”
Pretty soon there were multiple Kirlias on the battlefield, leaving Gwen with only one option to turn things around without replacing Gothitelle with either Gingar or Lunatone.
Gwen: “Gothitelle use Future Sight!”
So Gothitelle used Future Sight to see which Kirlia was the real one. When it finally could tell which was it was Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Use Dark Pulse again!”
(Gothitelle fires at the Kirlia standing right in front of it)
Heather: (Gasp)
LeShawna: “Boo-Ya! Now that’s my girl!”
Heather: “Oh no you don’t! Now Kirlia use Hidden Power once more!
Gwen: “Gothitelle counter it with Hyper Beam!”
So both Pokémon fired both their attacks at the same time and at each other, which resulted in a big BOOM! No one could see what had happened due to the smoke, leaving everyone to wonder…

Alejandro: “Don’t forget, Heather still has 5 Pokémon left and this battle is far from over.”
(Gothitelle disables Magic Room and Heather recalls Cloyster to its Pokeball)
Heather: “Impressive technique, but I’ve still got a few tricks up my sleeve. Now Zebstrika, let’s go!”
(Zebstrika appears)
Gwen: “So Heather want’s to play rough eh? Gothitelle return.”
(Gwen recalls Gothitelle)
Lindsay: “Huh, why’s she doing that?”
Gwen: “Okay, Venusaur come on out!”
(Venusaur appears)
Chris McLean: “Oh boy, folks this looks its going to be another interesting match?”
Owen: “It’s a good thing I’ve got plenty of snacks.”
Izzy: “Oh-oh may?”
Owen: “Anything for you.”
(Izzy eats some popcorn)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Now Zebstrika use Charge!”
Zebstrika then charged its electrified body towards Venusaur, when Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Counter it with Take Down!”
Venusaur then charged back at Zebstrika and when the 2 Pokémon were head in head, even though Zebstrika was giving off a powerful electrical “effect on Grass Types.
Chris McLean: “Oh boy looks like things are literally head in head. There’s no guarantee who will win this battle!”
Gwen: “Now Venusaur use Solar Beam!”
So with the sun beating down Venusaur harnessed the power of Solar Beam and fired at Zebstrika full blast. And that much energy plus Charge still being in effect was too much for Zebstrika to handle and it couldn’t go on.
Chef Hatchet: “Zebstrika is unable to battle, Venusaur wins!”
Noah: “Whoa that was quick, but then again I’m not too surprised.”
Heather: “NO! Grrr… Zebstrika return.”
(Heather recalls Zebstrika)
Heather: “As impressive she is, I will NOT lose to her. Now Glameow let’s do this!”
(Glameow appears)
Alejandro: “Ah, now that’s what I like to see.”
Trent: “So Heather’s using Glameow? I guess Gwen still has the advantage?”
Courtney: “Maybe, but with Heather I’m not too sure? Then again Gwen’s strategy has been pretty effective so far.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Venusaur use Vine Whip!”
Venusaur shot out 2 long vines and lunged them at Glameow, but Heather quickly had it dodge. Then Glameow followed up with Shadow Claw as it lunged its Dark claw towards Venusaur.
Gwen: “Now Venusaur use Poison Powder!”
Venusaur then shot out a gust of purple powder at Glameow, which caused Glameow to become poisoned.
Heather: “What the?”
Gwen: “Way to go Venusaur, now use Leach Seed!”
Venusaur then fired a green seed that when it hit Glameow it began to drain its energy. Heather then quickly recalled Glameow to its Pokeball.
Chris McLean: “Smart move by Heather, but what Pokémon will she use now?”
Heather: “Since Venusaur’s a Grass and Poison Type I know just the Pokémon for this match. Ledian let’s go!”
(Ledian Appears)
Owen: “That’s Heather’s choice, He-he this should be easy?”
Noah: “I hate to burst your bubble Owen, but Bug and Flying Types like Ledian actually have an advantage against Grass and Poison Types like Venusaur.”
Owen: “Oh…”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Venusaur use Razor Leaf!”
(Venusaur fires razor sharp leaves at Ledian)
Heather: “Now Ledian use light screen!”
(Ledian creates a protective screen that shielded itself from Razor leaf)
Geoff: “Oh that’s not good.”
Alejandro: “Maybe not for you, but for me it is.”
Heather: “Alright now use Silver Wind!”
Ledian then fired silver-like boomerangs at Venusaur that hit it right in the face.
Bridgette: “Oh no!”
Chris McLean: “Oh that doesn’t look good for Venusaur!”
Gwen: (Thinking) “I can’t give up… Wait!” (Out loud) “Now Venusaur use Petal Blizzard!”
Just then Venusaur created a blizzard of pink petals that caught Ledian in its grasp.
Chris McLean: “Whoa, now that tables are turned folks. Once again Venusaur has the advantage!”
LeShawna: “Now that’s what I’m talking about!”
Heather: “Oh no you don’t! Now Ledian use Bug Buzz!”
So while Ledian was trapped inside Petal Blizzard it created a powerful buzzing that irritated Venusaur, which allowed Ledian to attack once more with Bide. Once it attacked there was an explosion, which resulted in Venusaur getting knocked out.
Chef Hatchet: “Venusaur is unable to battle, Ledian wins!”
Heather: “Oh yeah! Now that’s what I like to see!”
Alejandro: “Me too.”
Ezekiel: “Yo rip off dude, not cool.”
DJ: “Take it easy man, remember Gwen still has 4 other Pokémon.”
Lindsay: “That’s right, its not over till its over!”
(Gwen recalls Venusaur to its Pokeball)
Gwen: “Great job, you take a rest.”
Gwen then saw Trent waving at her as she waved back and then saw Courtney giving her a thumbs up, but she shyly turned away leaving Courtney feeling a bit discouraged.
Heather: “Come on Gwen is that really the best you can do?”
Gwen: “I wouldn’t get too cocky if I were you. Now Mismagius come on out!”
(Mismagius appears)
Izzy: “Oh this is gonna be good.” (Eats some more popcorn)
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Heather: “Alright Ledian use Supersonic!”
Ledian then made a high pitch sonic screech, but Mismagius held in there. Then Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Use Astonish!”
Mismagius then made a frightful ghost face, which caused Ledian and Heather both to paralyze with fear.
Owen: “Okay, that was a little too much.”
(DJ passes out)
Noah: “And there goes DJ.”
Gwen: “Okay, now use Shadow Ball!”
(Mismagius fires Shadow Ball at Ledian (still paralyzed with fear) but it woke it right up.)
Heather: “Sneaky move, but 2 can play THIS game. Now Ledian use Take Down!”
As Ledian charged at Mismagius, Gwen quickly shouted…
Gwen: “Use Will-O-Wisp!”
Mismagius then generated a ghostly fire then fired it at Ledian, thus ending the battle.
Chef Hatchet: “Ledian is unable to battle, Mismagius wins!”
DJ: (Comes to) “Huh, what? What’d I miss?”
Owen: “Woo-hoo! Way to go Gwen!”
Noah: “Does that answer your question?”
Beth: “And the best part heather doesn’t stand a chance. Since both her remaining Pokémon have a disadvantage against Ghost Types.”
Courtney: “Maybe, but I wouldn’t underestimate Heather.”
(Heather recalls Ledian to its Pokeball)
Heather: “If weird Goth-Girl thinks I’m going to back down now? She’s got another thing coming, now Wigglytuff I choose you!”
(Wigglytuff appears)
Duncan: “That’s the best she can come with?”
Courtney: “Like I said, I wouldn’t under estimate Heather.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Alright Mismagius use Astonish once again!”
So Mismagius made another intimidating ghost face, but this time Heather was ready.
Heather: “Counter it!”
So Wigglytuff made an intimidating face too, not as intimidating as Mismagius but it sure made the audience uncomfortable.
Noah: “Yeesh, now that’s definitely going to haunt me in my nightmares.”
Gwen: “Now use Take Down!”
So Mismagius charged at Wigglytuff, but it quickly dodged then Heather shouted…
Heather: “Use Metronome!”
So 2 of Wigglytuff’s figures began to glow as it began to wave its arms back and forth until it fired Payback that had a pretty strong effect on Mismagius once it was hit.
Gwen: “What the?”
Trent: “Uh-oh, I forgot about that.”
Courtney: “Grrr… Come on Gwen you can do this! And I know you can!”
When Gwen heard that she was a bit shocked, even though she was still a bit upset with her for pretending to be her friend. She could see she really cared, so she got her game face back on and was ready to win.
Gwen: “Alright, now Mismagius use Ominous Wind!”
So Mismagius created a meek creepy wind that proved effective on Wigglytuff.
Chris McLean: “Uh-oh folks looks like Wigglytuff might be in trouble, since Ghost Type moves are super effective against Normal Types!”
Heather: “That’s what they think. Now Wigglytuff use Sweet Kiss!”
So Wigglytuff blew a heart-shaped kiss at Mismagius, which caused it to stop using Ominous Wind.
Gwen: “Oh crap!”
Heather: “Oh yes!”
LeShawna: “Oh I hate when Heather does that!”
Beth: “So what happens to Mismagius?”
Noah: “Is that a trick question?”
Pretty soon Mismagius began to float around unable to focus like it was drunk. Which gave Heather the opportunity to strike…
Heather: “Alright now use Hidden Power!”
Gwen: “What?!”
So Wigglytuff fired Hidden Power at Mismagius still under effect by Sweet Kiss, thus knocking it out and ending the battle.
Chef Hatchet: “Mismagius is unable to battle, Wigglytuff wins!”
Courtney: “What? Oh so that’s what Heather was planning.”
Trent: “Of course, Fairy Type moves are super effective against Ghost Types.”
Cody: “Look on the bright side, Gwen still has 3 more Pokémon.”
Sierra: “And Heather only has 2.”
LeShawna: “Hey yeah, home girl still has a chance.”
(Gwen recalls Mismagius to its Pokeball)
Gwen: (Takes out another Pokeball) “Okay, you ready for another round? Gothitelle come on out!”
(Gothitelle reappears)
Courtney: “Okay, now I think I can relax.”
Heather: “Oh great, now I have to deal with this one again. No matter I think I can even the odds.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Alright Gothitelle use Dark Pulse!”
(Gothitelle shoots out a dark stream of energy)
Heather: “Use Defense Curl!”
So Wigglytuff rolled itself into a tight ball as Dark Pulse hit it, but Gwen wasn’t about to give up yet.
Gwen: “Now Wigglytuff use Magic Room!”
Heather: “Uh-oh.”
Pretty soon there was another protective room surrounding Gothitelle and Wigglytuff.
Chris McLean: “What a surprise folks, but hey what do you suspect from someone like Gwen?”
Gwen: “Okay Gothitelle use Psybeam!”
The next thing anyone knew was that Gothitelle had Wigglytuff under some kind of trance, enabling it to focus.
Heather: “Come on Wigglytuff focus!”
(Wigglytuff snaps out of it)
Heather: “Alright, now how to do deal with… Wait that’s it! Now Wigglytuff use Hyper Voice!”
So Wigglytuff let a high piercing voice that really irritated Gothitelle and also caused Magic Room to dissolve.
Lindsay: “Whoa, Magic Room is gone!”
Tyler: “You have to admit that was pretty cool.”
Harold: “Totally.”
Beth: “But what’s Gwen going to do now?”
Gwen began to not know what to do?
Heather: “Is that all you got Gwen? Oh well, Wigglytuff use Double-Edge!”
As Wigglytuff charged at Gothitelle, Gwen didn’t know what to do and as Wigglytuff got closer Gwen quickly shouted…
Gwen: “Use Hyper Beam!”
(Gothitelle fires a super powerful beam at Wigglytuff)
Heather: “Gasp!”
Wigglytuff was then left unconscious, with Gothitelle standing victorious.
Chef Hatchet: “Wigglytuff is unable to battle, Gothitelle wins!”
(Everyone cheers)
Trent: “Yeah, that’s my girl… I mean go Gwen!”
Heather: “OH COME ON! Ugh, whatever.” (Heather recalls Wigglytuff to its Pokeball)
Chris McLean: “Well folks, with Heather only having one Pokémon left CAN she turn it around?”
Alejandro: “Scoffs, he seems to forget who Heather’s final Pokémon is.”
Ezekiel: “Uh… What’s Heather’s last Pokémon again?”
Heather: “Okay, no more Mrs. Nice Girl this is my last chance to turn this around. Kirlia I choose YOU!”
(Kirlia appears)
Chris McLean: “Well, well, well looks like now it’s down to a battle between 2 Psychic Types. Will Gwen win this and move on to the final 3 or will Heather turn the tables on her with only 2 of Gwen’s Pokémon left to beat? Only time will tell.”
Noah: “Twenty on Gwen?”
Owen: “I’ll take a piece of that action.”
Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
Gwen: “Gothitelle, use Dark Pulse!”
Gothitelle then fired a steam of dark energy towards Kirlia, but Heather quickly orders it to use Teleport and it gets away from the attack.
Gwen: “What, where’d it go?”
Heather: “Now use Hidden Power!”
Kirlia then re-appeared behind Gothitelle and shot it right in the back.
Chris McLean: “Oh that was a sneaky attack. But hey I’m good with that.”
Beth: “Oh no, poor Gothitelle.”
But Gothitelle got back up, as Kirlia appeared right in front of it.
Heather: “Looks like your Gothitelle doesn’t have enough strength to continue?”
Gwen: “Don’t underestimate me Heather!”
Heather: “Whatever, Kirlia use Double Team!”
Pretty soon there were multiple Kirlias on the battlefield, leaving Gwen with only one option to turn things around without replacing Gothitelle with either Gingar or Lunatone.
Gwen: “Gothitelle use Future Sight!”
So Gothitelle used Future Sight to see which Kirlia was the real one. When it finally could tell which was it was Gwen shouted…
Gwen: “Use Dark Pulse again!”
(Gothitelle fires at the Kirlia standing right in front of it)
Heather: (Gasp)
LeShawna: “Boo-Ya! Now that’s my girl!”
Heather: “Oh no you don’t! Now Kirlia use Hidden Power once more!
Gwen: “Gothitelle counter it with Hyper Beam!”
So both Pokémon fired both their attacks at the same time and at each other, which resulted in a big BOOM! No one could see what had happened due to the smoke, leaving everyone to wonder…
Who won?
