Total Drama Pokemon Battle Tournament - Part 15

**Finale, Part 1**

It was a bright sunny morning as fireworks fired in the sky and the audience cheered with excitement for what had to be the most exciting day ever! It was the match everyone had been waiting for Gwen vs. Lindsay! Lindsay was facing right and Gwen was facing left as Chris announced…

Chris McLean: Welcome to the Grand Finale of the Total Drama Pokémon Battle Tournament!”

(The audience cheers with excitement)

Chris McLean: “Today’s the day you’ve all been waiting for, after today one of these lucky ladies will go home with One Million Dollars!”

(The audience cheers some more)

As for the other former contestants they had no idea who they should cheer for? Though Trent and Tyler obviously did, Beth was also cheering for Lindsay since she was her best friend and Courtney was defiantly cheering for Gwen. Though Heather on the other hand, well her feelings were kind of obvious.

Gwen: (To herself) “Ok, this is my most important moment. Time to show the world what I’m really made of.”

Lindsay: (To herself) “I can’t believe I made it all the way here? I just hope I can win this?”

Gwen: “Let’s do this, Gengar come on out!”

(Gengar appears)

Lindsay: “Okay Marill, Spotlight!”

(Marill appears)

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Gwen: “Use Mean Look!”

(Gengar looks at Marill with a scary face and scares it AND Lindsay)

Lindsay: “Aagh!”

Katie: “I’m with Lindsay, that always scares me too.”

Sadie: “Yeah, me too.”

Gwen: “Now use Shadow Ball!”

Gengar then fired a ball of dark energy at Marill sending flying right into the water.

Chris McLean: “Oh that’s gonna leave a mark!”

Heather: “Even though I don’t want either of them to win, that was fun to watch.”

Lindsay: “Okay Marill now use Surf!”

Gwen: “Uh-oh!”

Just then Marill came surfing out of the water on a large wave, but just as it was about to hit Gengar, Gwen quickly had it use Confusion and diverted the wave back into the water.

Alejandro: “Impressive move I must say?”

Tyler: “Come on Lindsay you can do it!”

Lindsay: “Okay, now Marill use Hydro Pump!”

So Marill fired a powerful blast of water at Gengar. Luckily it hit, but it wasn’t doing much damage as Gengar managed to hold its ground.

Gengar: “Use Confusion once more!”

So Gengar then threw back Hydro Pump right back at Marill, Lindsay quickly told it to use Defense Curl to protect itself. After Marill unrolled itself Lindsay shouted…

Lindsay: “Okay now use Aqua Ring!”

(Marill create a ring of water and fires it at Gengar)

Gwen: “Gengar use Destiny Bond!”

Just then Aqua Ring hit Gengar and knocked out, but as laid unconscious the swirly marks in its eyes shot at Marill and IT was unable to battle too.

Chef Hatchet: “Both Gengar and Marill are unable to battle!”

DJ: “Whoa, I didn’t see that coming.”

Bridgette: “What move was that anyway?”

Trent: “I think that was Destiny Bond? It a move that when one Pokémon gets knocked out the other one gets knocked out too.”

Harold: “Hey I was gonna say that?”

Trent: “Oh sorry.”

(Gwen and Lindsay recall both their Pokémon)

Lindsay: “Good job Marill, you take a nice long rest.”

Gwen: “You did your best, don’t worry its not over yet.”

Lindsay: “Boy this match is going to be harder than I thought? But I can do it! Simipour Spot-Light!”

(Simipour appears)

Gwen: “Now things get interesting, Venusaur let’s go!”

(Venusaur appears)

Noah: “Oh this should be good.”

Owen: “I’ll take a piece of that action!”

Izzy: “Me too!”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Gwen: “Venusaur use Vine Whip!”

(Venusaur reaches its vines toward Simipour)

Lindsay: “Simipour Dodge it!”

(Simipour dodges)

Lindsay: “Now follow up with Scald!”

Just then Simipour shot boiling water right at Venusaur’s face. Venusaur’s face was hurting from the water’s burns.

Cody: “Oh that’s got to hurt?”

Gwen: “Quick Venusaur use Synthesis to heal yourself!”

Venusaur then used the power of the suns rays to heal his burned face. Once it was healed it was ready to get payback.

Gwen: “Alright, now use Poison Powder!”

Venusaur then shot purple powder from its large flower that effected Simipour badly.

Lindsay: “Oh no Simipour!”

Beth: “That can’t be good?”

Gwen: “Now use Leach Seed!”

Venusaur the fired a seed from the top of it’s flower and when it hit Simipour vines sprouted out and began to wrap around Simipour draining its power until it had no power left and was unable to battle.

Chef Hatchet: “Simipour is unable to battle, Venusaur wins!”

Heather: “It makes sense, I mean Water Types are weak against Grass Types.”

Alejandro: “Obviously.”

(Lindsay recalls Simipour)

Lindsay: “Okay that didn’t work, maybe this one will? (Takes out another Pokeball) Now Pelipper, I need you!”

(Pelipper appears)

Duncan: “Seriously? Can’t wait to see how this turns out.”

Courtney: “As much as I hate to agree with you, I am too.”

Duncan: “You don’t say?” (Smiles at her)

Courtney: (Puts her hand over his face) “Don’t even think about it.”

Ezekiel: “Oh burned.”

(Duncan scowls at Zeke)

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Gwen: “Venusaur use Razor Leaf!”

Lindsay: “Use Protect!”

(Pelipper creates a barrier that protected itself from Razor Leaf)
Justin: “Nice save.”

Beth: “You can say that again.”

Lindsay: “Alright, now use Blizzard!”

So Pelipper began creating a blizzard with its wings that began to cover Venusaur.

Izzy: “Whoa nice move!”

Noah: “Especially since Ice Type moves have a huge effect on Grass Types.”

Tyler: “Yeah, go Lindsay!”

Chris McLean

Trent: “This doesn’t look good for Gwen!”

Gwen: “Venusaur hang in there and use Vine Whip!”

So Venusaur managed to shoot out his vines and tried to grab Pelipper, but Lindsay had it dodge as it kept using Blizzard. Then Lindsay shouted…

Lindsay: “Now use Payback!”

Pelipper then stopped using Blizzard then charged at Venusaur all fired up with energy and rammed right into its head knocking it out cold.

Chef Hatchet: “Venusaur is unable to battle, Pelipper wins!”

Noah: “Whoa.”

Izzy: “Yeah, whoa.”

Alejandro: “Perhaps IS a pretty skilled trainer after all?”

Heather: “We’ll just see about that.”

(Gwen recalls Venusaur and takes out another Pokeball)

Gwen: “Okay now to turn things around, Lunatone come on out!”

(Lunatone appears)

Chris McLean: “And it looks like Gwen’s next Pokémon is Lunatone, seriously?”

Beth: “Why is she using a Rock Type against a Water Type?”

Trent: “Don’t forget Lunatone’s also a Psychic Type.”

Beth: “Oh…”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Lindsay: “Okay since I know Flying Type moves won’t work against Rock Types, I guess I’ll have to stick with Water Types? Now Pelipper use Hydro Pump!”

(Pelipper shoots out a blast of water from its mouth)

Gwen: “Lunatone use Confusion!”

Lunatone then redirects Hydro Pump right back at Pelipper causing itself to get hit instead and ended up falling out of the sky.

Chris McLean: “Oh that’s got to hurt!”

Beth: “Whoa, you were right Trent!”

Trent: “Yep, that’s my girl.”

Beth: “By the way congratulations on getting back together.”

Trent: “Thanks.”

Gwen: “Now use Moonblast!”

Lunatone then fired a pink ball of energy at Pelipper that resulted in a serious effect that ended the battle.

Chef Hatchet: “Pelipper is unable to battle, Lunatone wins!”

Owen: “Whoa what move was that?”

Alejandro: “That my friend was Moonblast. Its a special Fairy Type move.”

Heather: “Okay I’ll admit that was a pretty good move.”

Courtney: “Woo-Hoo! Go Gwen!”

Tyler: “Come on Lindsay you can do it!”

Beth: “Yeah don’t give up!”

(Lindsay recalls Pelipper)

Lindsay: “Good job Pelipper, now let’s try this again. Come on out Vaporeon!”

(Vaporeon appears)

Chris McLean: “So Lindsay brings out her next Pokémon Vaporeon! Will Gwen stick with Lunatone or switch with another Pokémon?”

Gwen: “I think I know which Pokémon to use in this case? Lunatone return. (Gwen recalls Lunatone) Now Gothitelle lets go!”

Izzy: “Oh this won’t look good for Lindsay won’t it?”

Noah: “For once you’re right.”

Owen: “But hey you never know right?”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Gwen: “Gothitelle use Hyper Beam!”

(Gothitelle fires Hyper Beam)

Lindsay: “Vaporeon dodge it!”

(Vaporeon Dodges)

Lindsay: “Now go to the water and use Acid Armor!”

Vaporeon then jumped into the water and disappeared completely

Bridgette: “I really love that trick.”

Gwen: “Now Gothitelle use Future Sight!”

So Gothitelle used its special move to foresee where Vaporeon was hiding, then it attacked using Psyshock and when it hit Vaporeon went flying out of the water.

Duncan: “Oh that’s gotta hurt!”

Eva: “No kidding.”

Chris McLean: “Folks I’m not going to sugar coat it, but I’ve seen rocks with raster reflexes.”

Gwen: “Now let’s settle this with Magic Room!”

Gothitelle then created a magic reflective room around itself and Vaporeon.

DJ: “Uh-oh this might be it for Vaporeon? Remember what happened last time Gwen used that move?”

Duncan: “Yep, good night Lindsay. But hey, at least it’s a point for Gwen?”

Courtney: “Exactly! I mean, whatever.”

Lindsay: “Vaporeon get up!”

(Vaporeon manages to get up)

Lindsay: “Okay now use Water Pulse!”

(Vaporeon fires its attack)

Gwen: “Dodge it!”

(Gothitelle dodges)

Fortunately for Gothitelle Magic Room made Water Pulse fire slowly which was an advantage for Gwen, but a disadvantage for Lindsay.

Beth: “This doesn’t look good.”

Tyler: “Hey she made this far, she can do it.”

At first Lindsay didn’t know what to do, but then she an idea that could get rid of Magic Room. It was a long shot, but she had no choice.”

Lindsay: “Vaporeon use Hyper Voice!”

So Vaporeon let out a powerful screech that was so loud it really pierced Gothitelle’s hearing and pretty soon Magic Room began to crack until it shattered to pieces.

Owen: “WHHAAAAAAAAAT!?”

Chris McLean: “Holy Crapolie! I mean, wow folks that was an effect I was NOT expecting! Magic Room just completely shattered!”

Cody: “Can I just say how cool that was?”

Sierra: “Omg YES!”

Gwen: “Okay, I did not see that coming. Alright Gothitelle use Psyshock again!”

So Gothitelle then fired another attack, but Lindsay had Vaporeon counter it with Aurora Beam!

When it fired it destroyed Psyshock and to a direct hit at Gothitelle, which allowed Vaporeon to follow up with another attack.

Lindsay: “Now Vaporeon use Hail!”

So Vaporeon launched dozens of ice chunks at Gothitelle until it could take anymore and collapsed.

Chef Hatchet: “Gothitelle is unable to battle, Vaporeon wins!”

(The audience cheers for Lindsay’s victory)

Ezekiel: “Whoa, now that was close eh?”

Heather: “Actually you’re right, it was.”

Alejandro: “Indeed and I must admit the way she used Hyper Voice to destroy Magic Room like that was flawless.”

LeShawna: “Looks like both my girls are puttin’ on one heck of a show for us? Am I right?”

Trent: “Totally, I just hope Gwen can turn it around. But hey if she doesn’t she’s still got me.”

LeShawna: “I hear than you little Romeo.”

(Gwen recalls Gothitelle)

Gwen: “Well I guess you can’t win’em all? (Takes out another Pokeball) Okay, now THIS one should defiantly turn things around. Mismagius let’s go!”

(Mismagius appears)

Courtney: “Well this should be interesting.”

Duncan: “You can say that again.”

Courtney: “Okay seriously, you really need to stop bugging me. Its over remember?”

Duncan: “It hard to forget when you keep reminding me.”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”
