Total Drama Pokemon Battle Tournament - Part 5

**Round 2, Part 2**

The time had come for the second match of round 2; Tyler vs. Duncan. Tyler was facing right and Duncan was facing left and they were both pumped.

Chris McLean: “Welcome to the second match, where we have everyone’s favorite jock against everyone’s favorite juvenile! I can already say, this is gonna be one sweet match.”

Duncan: “I hope you’re ready to lose pal?”

Tyler: “Big talk dude, doesn’t mean you’re gonna win!”

Duncan: “What ever, let’s do this. Samurott let’s go!”

(Throws out Samurott)

Tyler: “Show time, Jolteon come on out!”

(Throws out Jolteon)

DJ: “Smart choice using an Electric Type against a Water Type.”

Geoff: “Maybe, but this IS Duncan we’re talkin’ about.”

Lindsay: “Come on Tyler, you can do it!”

(Courtney just glares at Lindsay)

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Duncan: “Samurott, use Water Gun!”

Just then a powerful burst of water came shooting out of Samurott’s mouth. When suddenly…

Tyler: “Jolteon dodge it!”

(Jolteon quickly got out of the way)

Tyler: “Awesome, now use Pin Missile!”

At that moment, a stream of electrified needles came firing out of Jolteon’s body hitting Samurott very hard.

LeShawna: “Ewe, that’s got a hurt. You go Tyler!”

Courtney: “C’mon Duncan, finish him!”

Noah: “I thought you guys didn’t like each other anymore?”

Courtney: “WE DON’T… I just don’t want Tyler to win.”

Noah: (Sarcastically) “Oh yeah, sure.”

(Courtney pushes Noah down)

Duncan: “Alright, enough games. Now Samurott, use Aqua Jet!”

Just then Samurott generated a body of water around its body and charged right Jolteon, knocking it off its feet. But Tyler wasn’t going down so easily, Jolteon quickly got back on its feet and Tyler had it use Thunder Shock. As a powerful stream of electricity came shooting out of Jolteon’s body and shocked Samurott hard. Now Duncan was really mad, he then commanded Samurott to use Razor Shell and so it did. As Samurott lifted its shell sword and tried to strike Jolteon, Tyler had it dodge. But Samurott just kept coming back with more. When Tyler had Jolteon use Electro Ball, a ball of electricity formed on its body and fired at Samurott, but it countered it with Razor Shell.

Duncan: “Is that all you got dude?”

Tyler: “You haven’t seen anything yet, now Jolteon use Volt Tackle!”

Jolteon took off towards Samurott, but Duncan had it counter with Aqua Jet. As the 2 Pokémon heading for a head on collision the audience was full of nervousness.”

Owen: “Oh man, THEY’RE GONNA CRASH!”

(Crash!)

There was an enormous explosion in the center ring that left everyone in shock and when the dust cleared, Jolteon was left standing and Samurott out like cold.

Chef Hatchet: “Samurott is unable to battle, Jolteon wins!”

Tyler: “Oh Yeah!”

(The audience cheers)

Lindsay: “Yeah, that’s my Tyler!”

DJ: “Now THAT was intense.”

As Duncan recalled Samurott to its Pokeball, he thought to himself…

Duncan: (To himself) “Okay, this guy… is going down.”

Just then he through out his next Pokémon; the Grass Type Meganium, but Tyler decided to keep Jolteon in.

Trent: “Electric Types aren’t very effective against Grass Types, so Duncan has the advantage.”

Courtney: “Oh this should be good.”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Duncan: “Meganium use Energy Ball!”

Meganium leaned its head up and shot out a powerful ball of energy at Jolteon. But Jolteon dodged it by jumping into the air, when it did Tyler had it follow up with Thunder Shock. Suddenly there was a bolt of electricity that came shooting out of its body, but then Duncan shouted…

Duncan: “Use Light Screen!”

At that moment, Meganium had generated a reflective wall in front of it that caused the Thunder Shock to bounce right back and hit Jolteon.

Lindsay: “Whoa, what move was that?”

Harold: “That was Light Screen. It’s a move that protects the Pokémon that’s using it and bounces an opponents move right back at it.”

Tyler: “You alright there buddy?”

Jolteon managed to stand back up, but Duncan had Meganium fire right back with Razor Leaf. As Meganium fired a bunch a razor sharp spinning leaves from its body, Jolteon got hit pretty bad much to everyone’s dismay.

Geoff: “Ewe, that’s gotta hurt?”

DJ: “Man, I forgot how rough Duncan battles.”

Eva: “You have to admit its pretty fun to watch.”

Duncan: “Alright Meganium, use Solar Beam!”

As Meganium ready itself to fire, Tyler had time to strike back since Solar Beam took some time to form. So he had Jolteon use Pin Missile on Meganium, as it began firing Meganium was unscathed. Then it fired Solar Beam and knocked Jolteon so hard it got knocked out.

Chef Hatchet: “Jolteon is unable to battle, Meganium wins!”

Duncan: “Yeah! Way to go Meganium!”

Meganium: “Mega!”

Beth: “Poor Jolteon.”

Owen: “You have to admit, it did give one heck of a show?”

Beth: “Yeah, I guess you’re right.”

Tyler recalled Jolteon back to its Pokeball, but he wasn’t going to be beat so easy. It immediately called out his next Pokemon…

Tyler: “Let’s go, Yanmega!”

Just then, his Bug Type Pokémon appeared before everyone.

Bridgette: “Yanmega’s a Bug and Flying Type, so Tyler has the advantage.”

Lindsay: “Yeah!”

Duncan: (Scoffs) “Like that things strong enough to beat any of my Pokémon.”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Duncan: “Alright, Meganium use Vine Whip!”

Just then, 2 long vines came reaching out of Meganium’s body and tried to hit Yanmega. But Tyler had it dodge and then it followed up with air slash, just then a stream of air blades came shooting out of Yanmega’s wings and hit Meganium. As the audience cheered, Tyler then had Meganium use Take Down. Yanmega dove down towards Meganium, but Duncan had it use Energy Ball. But Yanmega dodged again, then Tyler had it use Double Team, suddenly there were 12 different Yanmega in the air and Meganium couldn’t tell which was the real one.

Duncan: “Aw what? Wh-which one’s which?

Tyler: “Now, Yanmega use Sonic Boom!”

Just then, all the Yanmega rose up and shot out a big boom from their wings that caused some heavy damage to Meganium.

Bridgette: “Whoa!”

LeShawna: “Now THAT’S power!”

Duncan: “If they think I’m gonna, be beat that easily. They’ve got another thing coming, now Meganium use Synthesis to heal yourself!”

Meganium stood back up and then generated a green glow from its body. The next thing, Meganium was healed.

Tyler: “Not bad, but I ain’t finished yet! Now Yanmega, use Tackle!”

Yanmega quickly dove in towards Meganium, but Duncan had Meganium use Poison Powder. Just then, there was dust of purple powder came shooting out of Meganium’s body and ended up hitting Yanmega. It managed to shake it off, but it was already taking effect.

Lindsay: “What’s wrong with Yanmega?”

Cody: “Its been affected by Poison Powder!”

Courtney: “Come on Duncan, finish it off!”

Duncan: “Alright, now Meganium use Vine Whip again!”

As Meganium reached its vines out and tried to grab Yanmega, Tyler quickly commanded it to use Ancient Power. At that moment a bright ball of spinning energy came shooting out of its body and hit Meganium right in the face, causing an explosive reaction that left everyone speechless. When the dust cleared, Meganium fell to the ground beaten from battle and so did Yanmega after finally being affected by Poison Powder, which also caused it to lose a lot of energy when it used Ancient Power.

Chef Hatchet: “Both Pokémon are unable to battle!”

Owen: “Wow that was intense!”

Izzy: “Yeah, totally!”

Cody: “So they’re both down to one Pokémon each, personally I hope Tyler wins.”

Trent: “You and me both dude.”

So Duncan took out his last Pokémon and said to himself…

Duncan: “Alright, sure am glad I saved you for last. Houndoom, let’s go!”

(Houndoom appears)

Katie: “If that’s Duncan’s last Pokémon…”

Sadie: “Then what’s Tyler’s?”

Tyler: “I’ve been waiting for this moment. Let’s go… Charizard!”

(Charizard appears, much to everyone’s dismay)

Owen: “Whoa, I forgot about Charizard!”

Gwen: “Oh THIS is going to good!”

Chef Hatchet: “Ready… And… GO!”

Duncan: “Houndoom use Shadow Ball!”

Just then there was a form of dark energy that formed as Houndoom opened its mouth, then it fired at Charizard. When Tyler said…

Tyler: “Now Charizard use Flame Thrower!”

Suddenly a burst of fire came shooting out of Charizard’s mouth that destroyed the Shadow Ball and also hit Houndoom, knocking it off its feet. Houndoom quickly got back up ready to get back at Charizard.

Eva: “Now THIS I like!”

Owen: “I’ll bet you ten bucks on Charizard?”

Noah: “Make it twenty.”

Owen: “Deal!” (Shakes Noah’s hand)

Duncan: “Now Houndoom, use Fire Spin!”

Suddenly there was a blast of spinning fire that came shooting out of Houndoom’s mouth. But then, Tyler had Charizard dodge and then he shouted…

Tyler: “Now use Dragon Breath!”

Just then there was a green blast that came shooting out of Charizard’s mouth and it hit right at Houndoom. Tyler then commanded Charizard to fly down and use Dragon Claw, as the claws Charizard’s right arm lit up, Duncan then commanded Houndoom to use Shadow Claw. As its right claw generated a dark light it lunged at Charizard and the 2 Pokémon crashed into each other. As the dust cleared everyone could see that Charizard had grabbed Houndoom in its arms.

(Everyone gasps)

Duncan: “What the?”

Tyler: “Awesome, now Charizard use Seismic Toss!”

Just then, Charizard flew into the air and spinned Houndoom in the air a few times then threw it to the ground as hard as it could and Houndoom went CRASH!

Chef Hatchet: “Houndoom is unable to battle, Charizard is the winner!”

Tyler: “Oh Yay!”

Chris McLean: “How do you like that folks? Duncan has been defeated, which means Tyler is now moving on to round 3!”

(Everyone cheers, especially Lindsay, but not Courtney)

Courtney: “Oh come on!”

Lindsay: “Yeah, that’s my Tyler!”

Owen: “Oh sweet! I believe you owe me twenty bucks?”

Noah: (Sighs) “Yeah, yeah, whatever?” (Reluctantly hands Owen the twenty dollars)

Duncan just stood there looking paused, but then said…

Duncan: “You have got to be kidding me? Oh well.” (Recalls Houndoom to its Pokeball.)

Chris McLean: “Okay folks, we’ll take a short break and when we return we’ll proceed with our next match… Heather vs. Harold!”
(Harold and Heather glare at each other, smiling and looking confident)

Shortly after everyone was at the Pokémon Center, Nurse Joy had just finished taking care of both Tyler and Duncan’s Pokémon. Lindsay, DJ and Owen were congratulating Tyler on his win, while Duncan was standing off to the side looking jealous. When Courtney came by and said…

Courtney: “Some match eh?”

Duncan: “What do you care?”

Courtney: “Oh you know…”

Duncan: “Oh, I ALREADY know?”

Courtney: “What are you talking about?”

Duncan: “I hear that you were cheering for me to win.”

Courtney: “What, who told you that?”

(Duncan roles his eyes toward a certain blond girl who was kissing a certain jock)

Courtney: “Oh she is SO going down!”

Meanwhile, LeShawna was watching the 2 of them through the window outside. Enjoying watching them mad, just then Harold came walking by and said…

Harold: “Hey LeShawna!”

LeShawna: “Hey Baby! I’m looking forward to seeing you kick Heather’s butt in the next match.”

Harold: “Fear not, for no one is any match for all of this… If you know wahat I mean?” (Jesters himself and flexes his arms)

Just then LeShawna’s Serperior came out of its Pokeball and wrapped Harold in its coils.

Harold: “Can’t even breathe…”

LeShawna: “Yo Serperior, you put him down right now!”

(Serperior let’s Harold go)

LeShawna: “I know you’re protective of me, but you know Harold and I are a thing now. So you need to be nice!”

(Serperior lowers its head, but LeShawna rubs it anyway)

Harold: “I love it when you’re forceful.”

Heather: “Whatever, it’s going to take more than that, if you want to win.”

LeShawna: “Shoot Heather, Harold here can whip any of your Pokémon’s sorry behinds any day!”

Heather: “Please, I’ve been training for weeks for this competition.”

Alejandro: “Then I guess this is something that’’ have to be settled on the battlefield?”

LeShawna: “Where’d you come from?”

Harold: “Doesn’t matter, I’ll see you on the battlefield… Malady.”

(Harold bends down and Serperior grabs him with Vine Whip)

LeShawna: “Excuse me?”

Serperior: “Ser…”

Harold: “Right sorry…”

Shortly after it was time for the next battle, with Harold facing right and Heather facing left.

Chris McLean: “Alright folks, if you thought the last match was intense I got a feeling this one is going to be even more intense.

(Harold and Heather stare at each ready to whip each other’s butt)

LeShawna: “C’mon Baby, you can do this!”

Gwen: “Yeah, kick her butt!”

Alejandro: “I believe in you Heather!”

Chris McLean: “Alright then, trainers let’s battle!”

(The audience cheers)

Heather: “Alright, Glameow let’s go!”

(Glameow appears)

Harold: “Let’s do this… Feraligatr, come on out!”

(Feraligatr appears)

So now its come down to the third match, who will come out on top and who will be crushed under the wheel of defeat?
